The construction requirements
Construction environment: above 5 degrees Celsius, the air humidity is recommended to be less than 60%, the wind speed is not more than 5, the surface of the base is dry, and open water is strictly prohibited.
Construction equipment: control equipment heating, pressurization, mixing ratio, spray gun mixing chamber and gun nozzle.
Construction personnel: pay attention to whether the equipment is abnormal in time, maintain the equipment and clean the spray gun in time after the construction every day.
Control the flatness and thickness of spraying, control the amount of material and reduce non-construction losses. When spraying, deal with the abnormal situation of the base layer in time, such as the primer is not dry, the primer ratio is not accurate and solid debris/liquid contamination.
Accurate primer ratio, air drying and base drying during construction. When it is not completely dry after construction, it is necessary to repair the primer before spraying polyurea.
